Meet the Team
Julia Merriman
Co-Founder and CEOJulia believes modern family life needs better infrastructure—not just more apps, reminders, and mental gymnastics to hold it all together.
At Juggle, she focuses on the bigger picture: shaping the company vision, bringing the moving pieces together, and developing a product ecosystem that helps families operate more smoothly in real life. From building the operational foundation to scaling the business, she’s driven by creating something that solves a meaningful problem in a truly sustainable way.
Julia is a former Fortune 500 sales leader, a wife, mom of two, and co-manager of two deeply unhelpful cats.
Liz Ference
Co-Founder and CXOLiz believes family life should feel lighter—and that parents deserve more space for the good parts.
At Juggle, she focuses on shaping the experience behind the product: deeply understanding the invisible coordination modern families are carrying, and designing thoughtful solutions that actually help. She leverages research in psychology, systems thinking, and real family behavior to better understand not just what parents are managing, but how it feels to manage it.
Liz is an ICF-certified coach, former fortune 500 Employee Experience leader, a wife, mom of three children and two cats who contribute very little operational support.
