This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Ferriman Holdings, LLC dba Juggle ("Company") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use the platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. Information Company Collects
1.1. Information You Provide: Company may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to Company when you create an account, update your profile, or communicate with us through the Platform. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, billing information, login credentials and any other information you choose to provide.
1.2. Automatically Collected Information: When you access or use the Platform, Company may automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, log data, and other technical information and content from your communications (ex. emails, texts, applications).
1.3. Cookies and Similar Technologies: Company may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Platform. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
1.4. Children’s Data: If you (a parent or legal guardian) provide information about your child under 13, Company will process it with your consent. If a child under 13 attempts to use the Platform directly, Company will require verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information, consistent with COPPA.
1.5 Google User Data: Connecting Gmail is optional. If you connect Gmail, Juggle receives read-only access to Gmail data for the purpose of identifying upcoming events and tasks and creating them in your Juggle calendar and to-do list. Juggle reviews limited message information to identify messages from senders you designate and accesses message content only for qualifying messages. Juggle does not send emails on your behalf. Message content is processed to provide this feature and is not stored in Juggle's database. Juggle retains only limited message metadata and processing records. Qualifying message content may be processed by OpenAI as Juggle's service provider solely to provide this functionality and is not used by Juggle or its service providers to train or improve generalized AI models. Disconnecting Gmail revokes Juggle's access and deletes the stored authorization. Juggle's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. Use of Information
Company may use the information it collects for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the Platform;
To personalize your experience on the Platform;
To communicate with you about your account or the Platform;
To improve the Platform and develop new features;
To train and enhance machine learning and AI models;
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues;
To comply with legal obligations; and
For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.
3. Sharing of Information
Company may share your personal information with third parties for the following purposes:
With service providers who assist Company in providing the Platform or performing business functions on its behalf;
With business partners or affiliates for joint marketing or promotional purposes;
With AI;
With law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or other third parties if required by law or to protect Company’s rights or the rights of others; and
With your consent or at your direction.
4. Use with AI
You consent to Company’s use of your information and data in connection with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated analysis.
5. Data Security
Company takes reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information and to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so Company cannot guarantee absolute security. Company is not liable for incidental exposure of sensitive or minor data if provided contrary to the Terms.
6. Data Retention
Company retains your information and data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. If Company discovers it has collected data relating to a child under 13 without proper parental consent, Company will delete it promptly.

7.1. You may choose not to provide certain personal information, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of the Platform.
7.2. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
8. Changes to this Policy
Company may update this Policy from time to time by posting a new version on the Platform. You should check this page periodically to review any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after Company posts any modifications to the Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Policy.
